Membership

 

As a member of Central Lake View Neighbors Association you will have the opportunity to review and vote on a variety of neighborhood issues. Members are encouraged to get involved by coming to the meetings and by serving on one of the committees.

CLVN represents the residents within the boundaries of Belmont to the north, Halsted to the east, Racine to west and Diversey to the south. To be a voting member of CLVN, you need to live within these boundaries. Our boundaries do not cover the opposite side of the streets listed (i.e., eligible addresses on the boundaries include the south side of Belmont, west side of Halsted, east side of Racine, and north side of Diversey). Individuals and businesses that are outside of the CLVN boundaries are welcome to join as non-voting associate members.

DUES ARE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR (January - December)

• Member = $20/person

• Senior Member = $10/person (60 years+)

• Business = $50/entity
