AIMMC Community Parking Program
As a result of the reduction of on/off street parking due to the hospital campus expansion, CLVN has secured up to 90 garage parking spaces as part of a Community Impact Agreement with Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center (AIMMC). A copy of the Community Impact Agreement can be found here. Parking is available on either a 24/7 basis (24 spaces) or part-time basis (66 spaces).

DAILY PARKING PROGRAM
Who Is Eligible:
Any resident who lives in the area bounded by Halsted on the east, Sheffield on the west, Barry on the north and Wellington on the south can participate.
Monthly Rate:
$200 per month for 24/7 parking
$125 per month for part-time parking
Parking Hours for Part-Time Parking:
Mon -Thursday: 5:30pm to 8am
Weekends: Starting Friday evening at 5:30pm through 8am Monday morning, and all day on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day until 8am of the next working day
How to Obtain A Parking Lease:
Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If all 90 spaces are utilized, then the resident’s name will go on a waiting list.
Eligible residents may request parking privileges by contacting AIMMC’s offices at 773-296-7081 or sending an email to Gail Zator (gail.zator@advocatehealth.com).
Parking leases run for 12 months.
A parking application will need to be completed and you must show proof of permanent residence with the boundaries. Privileges cannot be transferred and will be terminated when the residence moves outside defined boundaries.
AIMMC will provide a keycard for the assigned garage, and parking decal that must be affixed to the car in prescribed location.
Payment is due by check or cash for first month parking plus $25.00 processing fee. After initial payment, future payments can be made by check or credit card payable to Parking Plus, who will manage the program.
If resident signs up for parking at or after the middle of the months, the first month’s fee is charged at 50% of the monthly rate.
Residents agree to pay for parking monthly in advance. Payment is due on the 1st of the month. Payment will be delinquent if not received on the 5th of the month. Delinquent accounts are subject to have parking suspended until payment received. Further delinquency will result in revocation of parking privileges
Enforcement
Resident parkers will be required to abide by all AIMMC parking rules. Parking Rules are set forth on the application. Parking key cards are limited to prescribed hours. AIMMC will audit parking and in/out gate activity. Any residents who fail to comply with parking hours will be ticketed by Hospital Public Safety starting with the first infraction. Further infractions will result in the vehicle being towed at owner’s expense and parking privileges revoked.
NOTE: CLVN will not be financially responsible for any fees or penalties for the residents who participate in the parking programs.
WEEKEND PARKING PROGRAM
Each month AIMMC will allot a total of 30 parking passes for weekend parking.

Cost & Details
Daily Rate Passes will be $12.00 per day. Three passes will be needed for the weekend. Parking Hours for Weekend Parking start at 5pm Friday and run until Monday at 8am.
